That makes her the most popular woman on YouTube. Jenna, who talks about anything from makeup advice to what clothes to bring on a short vacation, is a 25 year old star. Jenna Marbles (Mourney) started her channel as a simple “what to/how to” channel for women with her first upload in February 2010.

Reality check –imagine you’re having a Social media PR crisis… now what?

It’s Monday morning; you go to check your email. Email one; it’s your Webmaster (who also serves as your Media Director). You find out that over the weekend he’s suddenly become afflicted with amnesia! Not to worry, it is obviously not severe; he still remembers how to email. Hmm. Weird!

Programming, which has developed into its own language, is now the favorite language of women, as more and more women have become interested in mastering it (even more so than French or Mandarin, for instance). Is it a positive sign of the times?

It began with internet/SMS lingo; and LOL was born. New acronyms followed suit (like OMG). Then emerged terms like Java and Python (no, not the place in Indonesia or the snake). Men and women have really never understood each other. Well now, women have an app called the “Manscanner” to help them find that one ideal man they (and their mothers and grandmothers) have always dreamed they’d have and hold.

The tech scene is flooded with new tech start-ups; we’ve decided to put together a list of a few that are making moves on the tech scene.

Each of us can name at least one friend who has had (or thought they had) a killer idea for the next big app. But how many of those ideas actually take off? Not many. Maybe it’s because the idea wasn’t brilliant after all, or maybe the Silicon Valley venture capital was missing. Whatever the case may be, in actuality, the start-up scene is flooded with apps and services that are more than worthy of investment. Here are our favorite new tech start-ups!

Are social media and an online marketing strategy a good investment of time and money?

It should come as no surprise that the proliferation of social media has turned social networking into an important business tool. And with each year that passes, more and more social networking sites have cropped up, each with unique opportunities to market a business or product. The problem is: you only need to master them.  No big deal, right? (I’m kidding).

Is it possible these days to grow an online business without an online marketing strategy –including all the liking, blogging, sharing and tweeting?  After all, it’s time consuming!
