It’s no secret that people love when pieces of information are broken down into lists.  To me personally, numbering these key points or leaving them bulleted makes no difference. But when data is fragmented into concise units, for the mind, it’s akin to the way we first chew food, to aid the body’s metabolism.

This all being true, I’d like to share a couple of tidbits I collected from an article titled “The Manager’s Cheat Sheet: 101 Common-Sense Rules for Leaders”.

American women don’t realize just how lucky we are.  There are many basic rights we have today, that are taken for granted; rights that just a century ago were unheard of.

I came across a list of 9 really good ones. They gave me a good awakening so I thought I would share.

There’s a phobia of phobias… in fact, there is a phobia list… no kidding!  I’m of the school of thought that fears are but a big joke; an illusion, if you will.  In fact, I think fears are nothing more than an indication of exactly what you must overcome to have a more fulfilled life.
