Integrity on the Internet is a hot topic!  Elizabeth Boylan’s article “Do Multiple Identities Reflect a Lack of Integrity?” hits the nail on the head!  I read it and thought the way she approached the argument was exceptional. Although it may seem to some that the Internet is a place where no harm can come of establishing numerous Bruce Wayne/Batman alter egos and using these various versions and visages of the self as masks for different situations, these types of individuals ignore altogether the concept of integrity.

TechCrunch reported yesterday that it has learned of Twitter’s acquisition of TweetDeck. TweetDeck is an application that connects you with your contacts across Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn and other social media and social networking site.

The iPhone 4 / iPad 2 have enhanced camera functionality (FYI: the predecessor models had only one camera, while the new devices now actually have two: forward facing and rear facing).  The new cameras also have functionalities the old one did not, like:

Camera Flash
Open the Camera app; there’s a flash icon at the top left of the screen (looks like a lightning bolt).

As Osama news broke Sunday, I posted a link in my Link Roundup to a TechCrunch story on Bin Laden’s death spreading like wildfire on Twitter.  It all started with a little tweet and the topic was trending on Twitter within minutes.

Sometimes our iPad 2 or iPhone 4 has 10 or more apps suspended but still running, draining battery life.  To close the apps, double click on the home button until the Shortcut Menu appears.  Now tap and hold on any shortcut icon until they begin to wiggle.  You’ll notice a red bar appear at the top left of each app that’s running.  Click on that bar to close the app.  It will shut it down and unpin it from the Shortcut Menu.

For your dog, it is the Retrieva Collar, the world’s first tracking and anti-theft dog collar.  Using GPS technology, the Retrieva Collar will make sure Fido is never lost.  The collar locates your pet and displays the information to you via computer or cell phone.  Integrated, snug-fitting yet comfortable design, the collar is made of anti-cut webbing and includes automated tamper and anti–theft alerts.

Time flies, especially if you have a flying alarm clock.

OK, so I literally laughed out loud when I saw this.  If you have problems waking up in the morning (I do –major), you might have a nifty alarm clock –perhaps a wake-up light like the one I write about last week?  Even so, I doubt you’ve ever seen anything like this: a flying alarm clock.  I’m serious.

Did you know that your iPad 2 and iPhone 4 has the capability to create folders?  If you’re an app fanatic, you may have pages full of app icons on your device.  Now you can neatly organize the icons into folders of your own design.

Earlier this week I wrote about the newly released White iPhone 4.  I mentioned that with the White iPhone 5 on the way, you are best waiting until the Fall for the device on 4G than going out to buy it now.  Now I have a new reason why you’d better wait: the White iPhone 4 is thicker than the black version. While it may not seem like a very big deal, the discrepancy actually creates a bit of an issue: if I buy this case, will it fit?  The image above illustrates the minute difference.

Did you know you can save, as well as edit and create documents on your iPhone 4 / iPad 2? Purchase the Documents To Go application.  It will allow you to save a full suite of Microsoft Office documents to your device (Microsoft Word, Excel or PowerPoint documents) in their original format.  Documents To Go will also let you save and view Adobe PDF files, Apple iWork files, and others.
