Finding the best content to share via social media can be a real time-suck. Swayy is a brand new platform you can use to save a little time in finding awesome content and sharing it with your followers on Twitter, Facebook, and LinkedIn. This is a great app to test out if you’re looking for an easy content sharing solution.

Swayy allows you to choose one to five topics that are of interest to you and your social followers. It also analyzes your audience and the links you’re already sharing to see the most popular sources, the types of content you’re sharing (blog posts, videos, etc.), and your trending keywords. From there, the platform recommends content for you to share.

outbox-specilizes-in-digitizing-physical-mail-3-21-2013

Outbox’s intriguing new service collects your physical mail, then opens, scans, and delivers it via app or browser.

With a fleet of white Prius’ sporting giant, red plastic flags, Outbox’s “unpostman” will visit your home three times a week to collect your letters, bills, magazines and advertisements that had deposited there by official postal workers; they then get delivered to a warehouse where they are opened and photographed, and the resulting digital files are sent electronically to the recipient through the Outbox website or iPad or iPhone apps.

With the growing popularity of tablets, one wonders if the familiar site of someone unfolding a laptop and perfectly positioning it upon a Starbucks table will soon be a thing of the past. Tablets are increasingly outselling laptops and the proof is apparent everywhere.

Try Dakwak to translate a website quickly; Dakwak provides easy and quick options for both machine and human translation.

If you’re promoting a product to a global audience or you’re blogging for people all over the world, there’s no reason to have your website in only a single language. Although your site will receive traffic and most people around the globe will understand your content (if it’s in English), giving your users a localized version always helps to increase engagement on site. Imagine your website has visitors who speak Spanish; although they read English, if you were to offer them a Spanish version of your website, they’d develop a higher level of personal association (and loyalty) to it. You’d also be taking the edge over your competitors by offering your content in a number of languages.

OurCrowd, a crowdfunding-VC hybrid reinvents entrepreneur funding in the Startup Nation.

This past October I took an intense trip to Israel where I met with leaders in the sizzling tech scene. Learning about technology in Israel was an incredible experience! Among those I met was Jon Medved, a bearlike, Berkeley grad from Santa Monica who moved to Israel at the onset of his career as a serial entrepreneur. Since then Jon has gone on to invest in over 100 start-up companies.

What do bloggers, vendors, and entrepreneurs all have in common? They want more website traffic, to bring more business! With the help of Translation Cloud, the endeavor is a little easier.

There are masses on the Internet who do not speak English and website owners who simply don’t translate their respective sites, thereby leaving untapped audiences. If the language barrier were eliminated, then information on the internet could spread much faster – the more people who read a blog or visit an online store in their own native language, the more likely it is that they’ll subscribe to a feed or purchase an item. Or better yet, it may keep them coming back and even bring their friends!

apps vs web page 29 -12-2012

The app vs web page battle rages, yet the future belongs to HTML 5. Not only is HTML 5 mobile friendly, it also helps businesses create better engagement.

A web browser displays HTML, PHP and other scripting languages on your computer in a way a person can understand so they are not looking at a bunch of code. Back when browsers were still young, they were hardly good enough to display HTML properly. Today’s web browsers are capable of much more than showing simple text and images. Today’s browsers can display and execute complex code (such as HTML 5) and even run applications within the browser (Facebook is a case in point). With the power of HTML 5, modern web browsers are capable of running apps within the browser with no additional support either from hardware or from the compiler. The days of a simple web page are gone; the app vs web battle was over before it had even begun.

Pluralis: Stop Investing in the Process. Start Paying for Results.
Despite having uncovered the secrets of successful Landing Page traffic optimization, conversion optimization still seems to have everyone stumped. Even when using the wittiest copy and eye-catching graphic design, it is often impossible to determine if a Landing Page will convert traffic to customers.
